Terms Of Service

Allergy Warning! Please don't forget I have a kitty in my studio who wanders the space- he is a Lykoi and has half the fur of the normal cat but that does not mean he does not have fur! He still has a little lol - so please don't order from me if there is a problem or issue regarding that!

If you have any other important allergies (example I use calming scents in my shipping boxes), you must inform me of them before exchanging money for an item of any sort. If I do not know you have an issue there is nothing i can do about it.

Payments

In the very rare and special occasion that I happen to take on a commission project then usually we will do 50% up front but I am always open to the conversation of payment plans like 4 spaced out payments etc. 

I require full payment for the project to be finished. 

The price of the mask entails supplies and work hours, I can not do work hours unless my time is payed for said work hours. I will wave this rule in very very rare circumstances where it is agreed upon that there is a final payment once the project is completed.

I accept payments here threw FoxxyFurends.com checkout. A personal custom listing will be made for you and checkout is using either PayPal or Stripe. 

Refunds

Refunds are generally not accepted so please fully read before purchasing, once you checkout, you have agreed to T.OS.

If it is regarding a large commission like a mask or full suit then depending on the amount of work done on the project will depend on how much of a refund I can offer. It can be discussed. I reserve the right to keep 30% of the commission cost. I may wave this if I choose. If this scenario does happen to occur then I will only refund after the full costume or item is back in my hands. I will NOT refund and allow you to also keep your costume at the same time. In the cast that;

~you just want money back and don't want to have to sell the piece yourself

~The item was lost in the mail or stolen after I had sent you tracking

~my style just didn't turn out to be what you wanted in the end

~You just "don't like it" with no exact reasoning that is reasonable

You are not eligible for a refund. I can no longer help you!

If you feel you did not get what you paid for, I will listen to your concerns, but I will not allow a refund just for dissatisfaction. I may decide to wave this based on situation, but do not expect this! 

If there is an issue with the item sold and it is completely my/the maker's error, I will do my best to come to an agreement in order to fix the issue for you! Please do not be afraid to contact me with a problem!

Referbs On Old Work

I completely understand that loving a costume means wearing it for most people! With time and wear-sometimes a refub can be needed! Referbs and refresh’s for your earsies, masks and costumes is always somthing your welcome to ask about! I cannot guarantee that I can take those projects on asap but that is absolutely something I can help you out with if I have the availability, please message these inquiries to FoxxyFurends@gmail.com or the contact form bellow.

If you ruin a part of your piece due to inappropriate neglect , wear, or wrong handling, I will not guarantee that I can help or fix the issue. You may ask me for suggestions and I will decide the amount of help I can give you for that situation!

Shipping

Shipping prices will be included in the listings for each item! Shipping within US/CAN is usually around 10-20$ depending on how big the box is!

Tracking is guaranteed within Canada and most US locations. If you would like international tracking or faster shipping please just contact within 24hrs of checking out and I will get my local currier to weigh and quote the options! All shipping is done threw Canada Post!

Time Turn-Around for Projects

Turn around times will discussed before payment or stated before hand in the listing description! I will NOT guarantee any deadlines for any items period, however I am happy to TRY to do deadlines. but If I miss a few. I'm sorry. I expect this to be known before commissioning me!

Expect over four months to complete any full heads or partials after full payment, as an over-estimate safety net precaution to my quoted estimated turnaround! Friendly requests for progress and suggestion dates are all perfectly welcome at any time!

Ears and other smaller projects turn around is generally 2-4 week but sometimes done sooner!

Other

I reserve the right to outsource for certain parts in commissioned costumes, say, horns and the like. if I do not have all of the materials it takes to make them. (IE outsource= purchase from another maker) However I try to use all of my own parts as I make most of them myself!

THINGS YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO DO WITH MY WORK;

Make molds of direct copies of my work (my artistic designs are my own intellectual property)

Sculpt over my work and/or upcycle to claim that you made it yourself (lie to the public. intellectual theft)

Cause harm to yourself or others while associated or wearing my work in any way.’

OOAK ready-to-ship Items for Auction or Sale

I strive to regularly offer ready-to-ship OOAK wearable art from earsies to full masks for adoption every few months and those pieces may be for;

A set price for sale on my website

Or simply open to offers.

If I do private offers I may or may not have an alternative buyout price. The buyout will supersede all offers. If you are offering and would like to be notified of buyout in order to bid higher. you must request this beforehand.

If stated that payment plans are offered on a piece then normally a list of said payment plan will be in the description to view, otherwise ask the payment plans to be asked about before bidding.

All Ready-To-Ship pieces cannot be held and do not have payment plans unless stated or discussed & agreed upon otherwise.

I reserve the right to decide NOT TO SELL any piece at any point I choose EVEN after offers are placed. That means I may remove the item from the market when I choose.

CAUTION!!! WARNING!! PLEASE READ!!

Do not use any of my products while performing dangerous activities. No piece of mine is tested for any sort of extreme or dangerous activities and is most definitely not to be used in place of proper safety gear in any situation!

Please do not allow in-experienced individuals get a hold of your costume piece! Meaning; CHILDREN!! Or Individuals that are not educated on these warnings, have no understanding of how to treat a costume or costume piece of this sort, or anyone under the legal age of adulthood. This is YOUR costume piece to respect and love. 

Please cherish it and keep it out of the reach of someone that could take it and misuse it, resulting in either the costume becoming damaged or the person becoming injured.

Many parts of these costumes are made of a hard substance (plastic, glass eyes, wire lined parts) When used incorrectly, They can hurt someone. Roughhousing in your costume with yourself or any others is not appropriate and can result in injury!

CONCLUSION

Checkout and money exchange is confirmation that you are agree to FoxxyFurends TOS, I expect every situation in which transactions are made that you have fully read and understood these terms! If you do not accept these terms do not commission me! Please let me know if you do not accept these terms as I will have to refuse sale.
