I'm only a single artist and every pair is OOAK & handmade with love ❤️! Thus, I usually have ‘haul releases’ within my store- at least once a month to every two weeks!! Yay!

All my pieces are collectable One Of A Kind (OOAK) unless stated otherwise. If an item is sold then it has been adopted and already has a owner. For earises when I am taking on MTO commissions you can request to have similar earsies made but every pair is handmade and thus OOAK.

I usually post an announcement post on all my social media platforms with the time and date of upcoming haul releases. I also try to remember to post countdowns such as in Instagram stories so its even easier to remember with time zone differences being confusing. If I do forget to post a countdown feel free to comment or ask and I will be sure to share! 

NO! But I understand the confusion as I use exclusively the highest grade realistic faux furs on the market- the same materials uses in Hollywood LA and seen in hit films like StarWars, MCU, Del Toro’s works and more! Such furs a NFTech fibers are hand poked each hair at a time with four way stretch for the ultimate form of comfort and quality!

Yes! All Hardware (hoops, charms and chains) is removable unless stated otherwise! 

Yes! Every single item listed on my personal website is handmade by Foxxy (me)! Some Items have sourced parts but will be clearly stated if so! Example; A specific mask base or animatronic part etc

In short yes! BUT ALWAYS ONLY DAB THEM DRY!! No rubbing or brushing the fur against the grain of the direction it grows!! All earsies & airbrush work is Water Resistant made to withstand weather conditions for LARP! The paint will not run in rain, snow or weather that will get them wet! Perfect for LARP! They should be fine if they get fully submerged as well, but I would not suggest that simply because these ears are completely wire lined on the inside and have a wire headband if not completely dried 1000% thoroughly and professionally-they will rust overtime!!!

COSTUMES; I very rarely take on commissions; depending on my current workload, your deadline and budget my not be feasible at the time.  EARSIES; For earsies MTO commissions are a special and rare opportunity that occasionally happens with haul releases, these commissions are art liberty within the specified shapes/trimming/size of the listing while having a open text box at checkout for a small prompt/theme/moodbord etc. 

One of a kind wearable art that I make can only be sold once! While I create only a few costumes per year (there is only one artist behind FoxxyFurends) some pieces I may keep based on the fan feedback, the difficulty of wear for the specific piece or just my personal preference. If I decide to sell a costume, I will announce a time/date with the deets on my social media to be listed for sale here on my website FoxxyFurends.com. I do not usually make adjustments when selling them.

No, I get a lot of messages and requests to help people with their projects and art! I usually don’t give advice unless it’s a quick answer or related to a project I’m doing myself, unfortunately it’s quite stressful and very time-consuming to guide dozens of people every week since there is only one of me! 

I am located in Toronto, Canada but no worries I ship worldwide!

This greatly depends on where you are located. If you are within Canada/USA it will take a few days but if you are international it may take up to 2 weeks to 4 max if customs happens to hold the box for review. Tracking is included for all CAN/US packages, if you are international and would like tracking please send an email inquiry to get you a quote!
